This was taken during the second spacewalk while space shuttle Discovery was docked to the International Space Station (ISS). During the 7 hour spacewalk the astronauts replaced 1 of the 4 gyroscopes that maintain the ISS's orientation in space. This mission, Return to Flight or STS-114, launched on 26th July 2005. It was the first shuttle mission since Columbia was lost on re-entry on 1st February 2003. Photographed on 1 August 2005.
